Tissues make organs
An organ contains different tissues working together. The stomach has muscular tissue to churn food, glandular tissue to release digestive juices, and epithelial tissue covering its surfaces.
Organs work as a team
An organ system is a group of organs working together. The digestive system digests food and absorbs small soluble molecules. Organ systems work together in an organism.

The digestive system supplies nutrients. The lungs supply oxygen. Blood transports both to cells for processes such as respiration.
